We just wanted to thank you all for the wonderful warm welcome you gave myself and Ben to your cottages.
Your accommodation is superbly equipped, clean and very comfortable. Your inn is just perfect with excellent food (and even better gravy!), good ale and a warm genuine and traditional welcome.
I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting the area, and we will definitely be back for a few days again later in the year. It really did make Ben's birthday weekend special and thank you for your thoughtful touches and genuine warmth and hospitality.

Tuesday, the day before yesterday, we had the privilege of visiting you all for lunch with the Scougals. What a delightful atmosphere for getting together with old friends!We were in Edinburgh with a tour group, but your friendliness is so warm that we will place you on our list for future visits to the Borders.
